Summary
A strange affliction is causing Luigi to sleep more and more each day. Worried about his constant collapses, Mario enlists Princess Peach’s help in looking for a cure, leaving Bowser to play nurse and watch over the dreaming brother.
To Bowser, this is just an easy favour to make Mario owe him in the future. However, he soon starts to find himself getting much too invested in the wellbeing of a man who may soon never wake up again.

Summary
Two Italian-American plumbers are transported to an alternate world, where they become entangled in the battle between the Mushroom Kingdom and the Koopas. Both brothers make the trek towards any civilization, only mushrooms as far as the eye can see. After several days of searching, an unusual thunderstorm separates the two. In a panic Luigi falls into another pipe, whisking him off to the unknown. He had no clue where he had ended up, all he knew was he needed to get out, and fast. He needed to find his brother!

What do you get when you cross Luigi with a mysterious potion that has unknown ingredients and origins?
You get turned into a Koopa. Indefinitely.
Now, as Luigi lives among Bowser, his troops and his children in the koopa kingdom, he has to face some interesting feelings about himself, and the guy who he's supposed to hate. Turns out, being turned into another creature, really brings a guy out of his shell, hah.
But seriously, how can you hate a guy who you have to live with for months?
