What was going on?
Hisoka's palms faced the heavens that leaked out of his eyes, his cowering eyelashes bulged and gave way to crystal drops that poured down his face, smearing his face paint and muddling them into nothingness. The iridescence of his tears sparkled like forgotten galaxies; each drop encapsulating the feeling of forlorn love.

Hisoka has Star Tears Disease; unrequited love which causes the individual to cry crystalline tears, losing color from their vision until they are colorblind.

The sounds of the busy city streets were muffled by the string quartet and the loud vibratos of gossiping elites.
“A Zoldyck is not worthy of their name if they can’t finish their job under any circumstance." The jester's eyes glinted with mischief as he continued, "So, where have you been?” He busied himself by tugging gently on the assassin’s collar, adjusting any of the cloth that was misplaced when Hisoka pulled him closer.
“Ah. I’ve been married off not too long ago. I have to carry on the family bloodline, don’t I? She is off talking to the target.”
