Severus waved away Remus' concern. "I'll be fine. The potion that takes care of my monthly inconvenience is simpler to obtain than yours."
The confession hadn't meant to come out, but it did. He doubted any prejudice Remus might have would outweigh his desire for his monthly Wolfsbane Potion, so Severus saw little need to worry about the matter.

When visiting Remus to brew his monthly Wolfsbane Potion, Severus accidentally lets slip that he, too, has a monthly inconvenience. Remus was never as good at brewing potions as Severus was, but he did know how to brew a cup of tea.
