Summary
It's been nine months since Aziraphale left for Heaven, and as can be expected, neither angel nor demon are doing very well.
One night, Crowley receives a call from Muriel. The Second Coming has been unexpectedly changed. The new plan? Christ is to be reborn on Earth. The problem? The hospital in which the child of God was just born is now on fire. Hellfire.
Half an hour later, Aziraphale receives the news. Christ is missing, stolen from the hospital by an unidentified demon.
As Aziraphale searches the Earth, desperate not to fail God and lose her child, Crowley drives frantically around the Universe, unsure of his next move, Christ securely strapped in his backseat.
But unrest is brewing in Heaven. Uncertainty of why Christ was reborn, of who exactly is running the show Upstairs. And uncertainty is dangerous. It leads to questions, and questions could lead to the fall of an empire.
Set up as a sort-of-season-three. Enjoy!(?)
