Summary
To note, this is an idea I've had for a little while. I'll summarise even though I hope to convey everything in the story.
Esperanza never died, she was injured and lost an arm, but she did not die.
When Leo was about 11, he met Jason. There was a small clearing in the forest behind Leo's house with a small pond and waterfall, he regularly went out there to play when an injured boy stumbled into the clearing, that was Jason.
Leo helped heal Jason.
Jason would visit as regularly as he could but y'know, Praetor things.
Eventually they got very close and when they were about 14 they got together romantically.
Leo regularly caused problems at school which led to him being sent to the wilderness school where he met Piper.
When the whole Hera thing happened, Leo's memory of Jason was wiped. He regained the memory's when Hera brought them back to camp half blood. At that point Jason and Piper were dating so he didn't say anything.
Yada yada, Jason comes back to life and does not have his memories but as he visits places he'd been before, he gets them back. You can guess a bit of what happens.Hope that helps a little. Enjoy reading and have a wonderful life.
