Sirius Black has been James Potter's best friend since they were six years old, and Narcissa Black has been the bane of James' existence for just as long. She started out as Sirius' annoying cousin, the only one with blonde curls instead of dark brown or black, who always tattled on them and ruined their fun. She hexed them when they weren't looking, stole their good sweets, pranked the adults and blamed it on them, and always managed to get out of trouble by batting her lashes while James and Sirius were blamed for everything. James hated her. Or, well, he thought he did. But, as they grew older, those feelings morphed into something different...something James was still trying to figure out.

Summary
As everyone returns for their eighth year at Hogwarts, Minerva assesses the gaps in her student's education and decides on supplemental lessons for them. Harry has always been notoriously bad at divination, so Headmaster McGonagall decides on Luna Lovegood to tutor him. As their lessons begin, Luna walks through Harry's grief with him. She's so kind and soft and empathetic; a soft place for Harry to land after horrifying events of the last year. Harry doesn't have to pretend with her. He can be himself, even if that "self" is a complete and utter mess most of the time. Luna has loved Harry for longer than he realizes and simply wants the chance to show him. As their lessons continue, Harry realizes that Luna embodies the love and acceptance he's been searching for his whole life. At the time of this fic, Luna's been tutoring him for four months.

Summary

Hermione is terrible on a broomstick, everyone knows this, so Headmaster McGonagall and Madam Hooch decide to pair her with Draco Malfoy for extra flying lessons. Hermione thinks this is ridiculous and unnecessary, but has to admit, it's pretty nice being sat snug between Draco's thighs every day for months. Draco thinks this is the greatest arrangement of all time and has no complaints. He's only been pining after this witch since 4th bloody year, after all. At the time of this one-shot, they've been having flying lessons for months, the tension between them building, and it finally comes to a resolution.

Filling Ron’s absence in the increasingly unstable Golden Trio, Future Malfoy’s plans include breaking into Hogwarts, crashing a Ministry gala, camping out in five-star hotels, and persuading Hermione to fall in love with him. Again.
