There’s a furrow in Clark’s brows as he stares at a fixed point at the back of the room, a nervous twang around his words that quickly melts away when he gets to the chorus and he smiles the entire time he yells into the mic.
Every now and then a little bit of that midwestern accent slips out before he reels it back into his throat. A flash of that Kansas boy that Bruce wants to tear into with his teeth.
Bruce's investigation into Clark Kent brings him back to Gotham - in a dingy basement and gritty punk bar.
