When Aizawa announces a special celebration — a ballroom dance, to the girls of class 1-A’s delight — to mark the end of second semester, their final exam is moved up and Uraraka is convinced that she’s now lost any chance of passing her classes. Bakugou isn’t sure why he extends an offer of help to her, but he does know that he can’t have her crying up a storm every god damn day, and with the trauma he’s facing from his recent kidnapping, tutoring her is a welcome distraction. It’s a mutually beneficial partnership, really; now they’ll just have to figure out how to deal with their classmates’ outrageous gossip and ridiculous reactions and find themselves dates to the dance along the way.
