Jasmine knew all of this, she grew up in the Bloodlands, took advantage of everything it had to offer to run away from her abusive parents and get to (relative) safely with her siblings. The challenges she would face were difficult and at times deadly, but the teen wouldn't trade it for anything.

The Ridden were almost gone and humanity was almost rebuilt. With the absence of the Ridden, Phillips was able to send cleaners to rebuild parts of Finleyville.
With a good amount of the city rebuilt and the surprise of a large settlement in California, the cleaners have a hope at a normal life. Holly and Evangelo decide to try and go back to college once they found out it still stands with their teachers and classmates alive, Walker and Doc try to figure out a new relationship, Mom and Phillips are doing there best to make sure things stay safe, and Karlee's laughing her ass off at the new chaos that's unfolding.
And Jim? Well, he just wants to go back to trapping and fishing. Which he's able to do when Hoffman stops yapping in his ear.
