Summary
The Builder is helpful, reliable, and quiet. She runs herself ragged for Sandrock, taking on more and more work. The town wouldn't know what to do if she left and she hasn't been there for a full year yet. She listens and works in silence.
Unsuur is used to being on the edge of the crowd. He's used to not being noticed and not being heard. He says he's not smart and that he just wants to do a good job. He watches and listens and keeps to himself.
But the new Builder notices him. And he might be the best person to help her be noticed.
