"Anytime" Sasuke smirked at him and damn, Naruto wanted to eat that smirk off his lips like crazy. But. Priorities.
"Ok, bastard. You got it!"
They were all in each other's faces like usual but something was wrong. This proximity was ok but. Naruto didn't feel like pummeling Sasuke to death. He just felt like other things. Like inhaling that good scent, like nuzzling Sasuke's neck, like getting his hands all over... fuuuck.

sasuke rose up and made his way over behind the bookshelf, where a pack of cigarettes was wedged behind one of naruto’s psychology textbooks. sakura had done her best to break his nicotine habit with images of damaged lungs and statistics on throat cancer but sasuke was a pre-med student too.
