Summary
Micah is a engineer LJG on Voyager when it gets sent to the delta quadrant. Nine years later he accidentally crashes a shuttle on a pre-warp planet and is rescued by a local who has belief beyond their civilization who tells him he'll have to pretend to be a god if he wants to survive.
Spark is a prominent member of the Otel population. As the last Truth Seer they can sense other people's emotions. They've always belived in the possibility of other planets and life on those planets and when Micah appears in front of them they take it as proof they were right.
