On the rare occasion that Shigaraki has sex, he usually ask to have his hands tied so he can't accidentally disintegrate them so when he finally gets with Dabi, he naturally asks him to do the same thing. Dabi being the kinky mother fucker agrees without hesitation but asks why since he never took the other villain to be so willing to give him that level of trust.
