Summary
After the Fourth Shinobi World War, there were three living jinchuuriki left, although only two still had tailed beasts sealed inside of them. At some point in time, the last three pass away, and someone- Kami, the Sage of Six Paths, another Ootsutsuki, or someone else- decided to send the last nine jinchuuriki into a whole new society. It becomes, in the words of one Nara Shikamaru, a drag. Naruto just wanted to enjoy life with friends, family, and finally making it as Hokage.

Summary
Tango is a blaze/avian hybrid.
His mother was a blaze hybrid and his father an avian.
When Tango was born, people assumed he was just a blaze hybrid.
His wings never came in, no feathers appeared/grew anywhere on his body to speak of, he just had his father’s bird like instincts (smushed together with his mom’s of course) and vocalizations.
Tango is what is called a false hybrid [an hybrid who does not have physical attributes of their hybrid nature, instead only having the internal attributes (instincts and sometimes vocalizations)].
He also decided not to tell anyone this information, not because he did not trust them or something.
Far from it.
He never told anyone because he thought it was not that important to tell.
or, 5 times ppl did not realize Tango was a false avian + 1 times someone did.
