Summary
Plot: After the tragic death of his father and the loss of his unborn baby sister, Georgie tries to support his mother in the only way his young mind can come up with. This 'support,' leads to the caging of his identity.
I wrote this for the prompt of southern Gothic literature and I wanted to discuss the feeling of gender dysphoria within a person who would be typically considered a cis male. Apologies for an grammar or spelling errors English is my first language.

“They were discussing your hair,” he repeated flatly, “the medics. It’s irrelevant to… their line of work. And unnecessary.”
She opened her mouth to reply, but his fingers found their way gently to the back of her neck, closing around the strands there, “and it’s mine. To talk about. To touch.”
A faint blush spread over her cheeks, and he could feel the way her pulse elevated ever so slightly beneath his touch; and yet, to say it out loud, to claim it as his, settled something in him that dispelled the last of his carefully held restraint.
“It’s always been mine.”

Summary
Sometimes, he got the impression that Sakura knew him better than he knew himself. It was terrifying, because it meant he’d made himself vulnerable in some way. He couldn’t hate her for it, though. As much as Sasuke tried to keep from getting attached, she’d wormed her way into his heart. All of Team Seven had, but Sakura even moreso than the other two.
Sasuke stays in Konoha. The consequences have never been cuter.

Summary
