Summary
A pair of Alpha/Omega identical twins were as rare as it got. Kurt and Steve should have both been seen as something magic, something wonderful, but in small town Hawkins rare was called different and different was bad. Their parents never corrected people when they praised Steve and ignored Kurt, they did the same anyway. The more it happened, the more he was pushed aside, the more Kurt craved to be seen.
Kurt didn’t hate his brother though, he wasn’t even jealous of him in the ways you might think. He was mad at the world, but he could never be mad at Steve. He was his best friend, his only friend. And besides, they had a secret that made up for everything else.
