Summary
House was not the most charming man, but he had a perceptiveness about himself that, over time, had proven to make him feel seen. What made Robert House enchanting was, that he had the means and resources to make one reach the stars, if one was to stay loyal towards him. Everything seemed possible and after all, he was an innovator, a modern conqueror and there was no mind like his on this planet. Just like his only maxim in life would go, he made sure to keep the upper hand. The House always wins and by extension, so will his double.
"It's a good brand."And so, he committed. Committed himself to his plans and schemes, he understood and he loyally followed. Committed himself to a new name and identity.
Following moments in the life of Robert House's body double through-out the years he had worked for and with him. The question is who goes mad first? The man who is already instable or the man that has to endure it?

"John remembered the screams. He remembered the gunshots, fresh blood in his face, he remembered the helpless look in his boy’s eyes as they witnessed the destruction of their little world. Primal instincts kept John from standing out there, frozen. It was the hardest thing to shake it off at that moment but he just stormed towards the boy, grabbed him by the shoulders and ran into the woods.
He hadn’t even taken the time to check whose horse he mounted, there was so little time and he just ran. He heard another pair of hooves behind himself, again gunshots but this time they were heading in the opposite direction."

Arthur had never in his thirty six years even wasted a single thought on a possibility to take an offer like this. See, he had not even known such a thing existed but it was now right in front of his eyes and the opportunity to do it again within arms reach.
He had stared at the man in front of him, like he had witnessed the appearance of a leprechaun or some other mythical creature like a dinosaur. He wouldn’t believe their existence even if they stood in front of him like that man who introduced himself as “Johnny”.

Hélas, rien ne se passe comme prévu et elle est prise en embuscade près de Goodsprings. Grièvement blessée de deux balles à la tête. Elle ne se souvient plus de rien au delà de deux semaines.
Déterminée à retrouver celui qui lui a fait ça, son passé oublié se rappelle à elle sous la forme d’une vieille amie...Series
