Summary
I originally wrote this story in Japanese and have been translating it into English myself. I'm not a native speaker, so it’s far from perfect—but I’m doing my best.
As a child, Loki was taken from Jotunheim to Asgard as a prisoner of war. Though he was raised as a prince in name, he always knew he was a child of the enemy. To survive, he learned to follow Thor’s demands—never quite understanding what love truly was.
Thor, on the other hand, was instantly drawn to the beautiful Jotun child and, with all the arrogance of a prince, tried to keep Loki entirely to himself.
Their days pass in quiet misalignment—until one day, a visiting king from another realm lays eyes on Loki…This story is planned as a sixteen-chapter arc, with four prologues and one bonus chapter.

アスガルド王のソーと城下町の高級娼館で働くヨトゥンのロキという設定のAU。父オーディンが最後のオーディンスリープに入り、王としての執務に追われるソー。妻となったシフとは不仲というわけではないがもともと幼馴染の親友であったため恋愛感情はなく、政治の駆け引きは性に合わず、どこか虚しさを感じる日々。そんなとき出会った高級娼館の美しいヨトゥン、ロキ。見た目の美しさだけではないミステリアスな魅力にあっというまに惹かれていく。妖艶で少し危険な匂いもするロキの魅力にソー王と一緒にどっぷりとはまってしまう物語です。ソーロキFicの中でも人気の「Take the Long Way Home」と同じ作者さんだけあり、二人の魅力と繊細な心理描写、少しずつ変化していく関係が読みどころです。
＊全７章のうちだいぶ前に翻訳してあった１章を投稿しました。２章以降は少し時間がかかるかもしれませんがゆっくり更新していきます。

Summary

Summary
Loki is born as the youngest prince of Jötunheimr, a broken realm of hunger and darkness. His father Laufey lost a 1000-year war against Odin Allfather, and Loki-prince, a born Mage and Ergi, is send as a deliberate insult as a peace-hostage to Asgard.
Odin takes him in and the boy grows into a man.
Thor, who despises the foreign looking Frost Giant is forced to find out more about the ways of the Jötun, and the two young Gods learn about each other cultures and ways. But then there is another war, Asgard vs Jötunheimr, and the budding friendship that the two young Gods built, crumbles. When Laufey looses the second war, Thor has to stake his own claim on the Icen Realm, enslaving the Icen people and forcing the Giants to their knees. Loki is captured as a spoil of war and has to make the hardest decision of his life.
Will he accept the cruel fate the Norns have chosen for him?

Summary
“This whole time, I’ve been searching the Nine Realms— alone— for answers to questions I barely know how to ask. I thought Heimdall at his watch, our father upon the throne, and most grievously… I thought you lost to me forever.” Thor’s resurgence of anger gives way to something like despair. He can’t tell whether he wants to pummel Loki into one giant bruise, or hold him and weep like a child.
When Thor returns to Asgard and exposes Loki’s deception, his demands for answers and Loki’s reluctance to give them soon bubble over into a cathartic confrontation.
