Okay. So, hear me out.
This was supposed to be a quick one-shot where I shoved the people in the Marvel Cinematic Universe onto horses and made them wear cowboy hats for porn, but I'm over 50K in and I love these stupid cowboys, and the first chapter made me cry, so. Now it's a series. I'm not going to apologize.
Okay, fine. One sorry. Just one.

“So, you remember me talking to Ben about my cousin’s kid, Harley?” asks John.Peter doesn’t.
He shakes his head.
“Yeah, I didn’t know. He had- troubles- too, and needed someplace to go to work off some of his mad, his energy, learn how to, well- How to process things,” says John, clearly a little uncomfortable.
Peter scowls. “What, are you committing me?”
There’s silence.

Summary
A bit of a 'Boy meets world' rewrite.
Instead of Chet moving home at the end of season three, he calls Turner and says Shawn is better off with him.
Turner becomes Shawn's legal guardian and this is the story of what that looks like. It will be canon compliant to an extent, it will just have a lot more of Jonathan's guidance in Shawn's life.

Summary
In the early days of the Justice League, Bruce is out more and more frequently on League missions, and Dick (age 13) is growing more and more restless and lonely stuck at home. His friends can't know he's Robin, and there are no superheroes Dick's age--or so he thinks, until Bruce receives a call from Barry, desperately seeking mentorship advice. Dick asks to meet the Flash's new sidekick, but Bruce refuses; a fight ensues, ending in Dick getting grounded. One week in Gotham off patrol, and then two weeks alone, far from Gotham... at a little family farm in Smallville, Kansas.
And hey, if a certain Midwestern speedster sidekick just so happens to turn up, that'd be just fine. Or would it?
