Summary
Marius has always taken great pride in his homeland of Asmodia. Even though it had spent the past thousand years plagued by fiends of shadow, leaving the old kingdom little more than ruins, he dedicated his life to protecting it. As a member of the Sentinels, he would watch over the breach to the Shadow Veil, protecting Asmodia, and by extension all Io, from what lay on the other side.
That plan changed quickly.
When Marius awakens in a different Asmodia, one not yet decimated but still threatened, he decides that this situation is a chance. A chance to change history. A chance to truly save his people. What better place to start than joining those already trying to free it?
