Summary
Leo's been here for who knows how long. His fear has long since run out, considering he knows what to expect every day. That should be at least somewhat comforting, the familiarity.
It's not.
One day though, he gets an interesting visitor, a mutant stranger who calls him son. While it's far from the weirdest situation he's been in, he's not exactly in the best mindset to take it in stride.
There hasn't been much reason for hope recently, but maybe this stranger is the key to fixing that.
《[...]》(First fic ever, whoop whoop. Also yes, I know Splinter is super OOC in this, but I really needed some comfort for Leo, and by extension, myself when I got about halfway through Like Father Like Son. Keep in mind I hadn't finished reading it when I wrote this, so things are bound to be off.)
