Summary
Bruce wakes up in a Gotham that isn’t his own—younger, unscarred, in a world where Batman never existed. He is surrounded by children who still found their way into vigilantism without his intervention, who look at him with affection and wariness in equal measure.
They believe he’s their Bruce, recovering from a brutal attack, but he knows he isn’t.But as he plays along, trying to piece together the secrets of this world and the reason for his presence here, staying silent may prove just as dangerous—because whoever wanted this world’s Bruce Wayne dead isn’t finished yet.

Summary
When Jason Todd was reborn in the Lazarus Pit, the pain was meant to be his alone. In Gotham, Bruce Wayne mourned, unaware that his child had returned.
But in this universe, there exists a one-way bond between souls.
The moment Jason convulsed in the Pit, Bruce was shattered by the same annihilating pain.
Batman searched every hell he knew, yet never found the little bird crying out in agony. He was forced to live with a pain that had nowhere to go.
Until Red Hood returned to Gotham, scarred and burning with hatred. Jason tried to pierce the man’s carefully constructed detachment, only to realize that this war, from the very beginning, was never meant to be one person’s hell.
