Summary
Harry Potter did not put his name into the Goblet of Fire.
Most of Hogwarts has already decided otherwise.
While everyone argues over how he cheated, what he should do, and what being a champion means for him, Harry retreats to one of the few places where nobody expects him to be anything at all: the library.
Daphne Greengrass has been noticing Harry for years—not the Boy-Who-Lived, but the boy underneath the name. When she finds him struggling through an Arithmancy problem he was never supposed to be studying in the first place, she finally gives herself an excuse to sit down across from him.
One question becomes an afternoon. One afternoon becomes another.
Between books, practical magic, terrible calculations, an increasingly suspicious amount of time spent together, and a Tournament Harry never asked for, two people who are used to having their futures decided for them begin to discover something neither expected:
They rather like deciding things together.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku wants to make the world a better place.
He has always wanted to become a hero. Save a lot of people, giving hope to those that were hurt by the society, people like him, and hopefully this corrupted system would change.
Everything was going great! He became the successor of All Might, his idol. He got into UA and is on his way to becoming the greatest hero in the history. Then it all comes crashing down.
With All Might death, the collapse of society, HPSC blaming spree, and a few press conferences later, Midoriya Izuku realised that he was wrong.
Reaching to an old phone he kept locked in the drawer, reaching to the alternative that he thought he had left behind.
He genuinely wants to be a hero. Yet, he realises, he might need a different approach.
This doesn't mean he is going around tearing the system down, it's already broken enough.Because as much as this world has hurt him, Midoriya Izuku wants to make the world a better place.
"Hello, this is Notebook."
----
Midoriya Izuku is secretly an MLA member, working to fix the broken system, while trying his best to become the best hero he possibly could be, and adopted a bunch of people along the way.Bookmarked by Seaspider39
