Even the Star Sprites had questions about the Dark Star. Surely they knew more about what the Dark Star was, but maybe they were in the dark as to what exactly happened to it, and what it left behind. If that was the case, then Kamek was at an advantage.

Summary
Life as an outlaw in Metropolis Central was hard. Well, no, that wasn’t entirely true. It was easy enough if you worked for Kingpin. Kingpin had everyone in his pocket, and anyone worth anything worked for him in one capacity or another. The only ones dumb enough to try to make it on their own were some assholes calling themselves the Twilight Scoundrels.
Scoff came up with the name. He could have done worse, Innovator supposed, but he could have done better, too. Scofflaw wasn’t known for his good decisions.

Slick thought it would be hilarious. Sexy, even. He led you into Droog’s room, snickering all the while, and you froze as you stood just past the threshold. This room was pristine. It was the cleanest, neatest room in the Crew’s hideout. There was no way he wouldn’t know you’d been in there. He’s too meticulous, he’ll figure it out.
He’ll know that you, Problem Sleuth, were in his room, and he will kill you.
