Summary
Harry and the core members of the DA (also Fred and George, but when aren't they involved) are caught by Draco, Blaise, and Daphne, but they wish and wish and wish, and the Room of Requirement magics them away before the inevitable expulsion at the hands of Umbridge.
It turns out, unfortunately, that the room can't just magic them back because it isn't even the room. Hell, it's not even Scotland!

Sephiroth taunted Cloud from above, "Tell me what you cherish most. Give me the pleasure of taking it away."
Cloud replied, perhaps without thinking of the consequences, "I pity you. You just don't get it at all. There's not a thing I don't cherish."
All too happy to take everything from Cloud, Sephiroth obliged him. Sadly, for Sephiroth, things didn't quite go as planned.It happened so quickly. Cloud could hardly understand what he was seeing when finally, he dropped from midair and slammed through one floor, and then another and then left a solid impact crater on yet another floor. Alarms blared in the distance and electricity sparked from the damage. Cloud faced a closed window and saw several once destroyed but somehow now intact reactors release exhaust into the sky.
"What the?" The voice of a child exclaimed.
Cloud looked in the reflection of the window and saw Zack. A very much alive, much younger, currently slack-jawed, Zack.

“Alright. Do you remember how you got here, Strife?”
The man scans his person, his face, and then makes full eye contact with him for the first time. Suddenly, Tseng feels like he’s staring down something more than just an injured man in a hospital bed. Strife’s eyes are the most vivid shade of blue he’s ever seen, the mako in them enhancing the natural color rather than smothering it and bringing attention to the slight ring of bright green around his pupils. They pin him into his seat, strip him down and unearth every piece of himself he tries to bury and make him feel small, weak, unworthy. And, just like that, Strife looks away, back down at his hands. Tseng is winded, feeling like he’s just run a marathon and fought off a horde of monsters, but he collects himself quickly - he’s a Turk, damn it - and forces his body to relax back into his chair.

Cloud doesn't know how or why he traveled through time, but he's sure as fuck gonna take advantage of it. Now, if only certain people would leave him the hell alone and let him save them, he'd be a lot happier about the whole thing.

Summary
Cast back through time by Gaia, and turned into a toddler by Jenova, Cloud is having the (second) worst day of his life. So it makes sense with his luck that he would be captured by a red-haired SOLDIER First and brought directly into Sephiroth's clutches. But that was fine; he'd dealt with worse odds before (he really hadn't). He would simply have to find a way to escape and continue destroying Jenova and every Mako reactor. No one could stop him escaping if he didn't want ... Zack?
