Still standing there, enjoying the view, Dennis began to think of his patient again, when suddenly the door opened. He whipped his head around. Dr. Michael Robinavitch stood in the doorway, backlit by the stairway light but Dennis would know him anywhere. At the same time that Robby took in the scene, Dennis realized how he looked: casually standing between the edge of the building and the railing, cigarette held loosely and carelessly in his hand, gazing down at the ground beneath him.
Or Dennis just wants five minutes to himself, but when Robby finds him on the roof it leads to a worrisome misunderstanding. This leads to them talking, or more so not really talking, just touching.
