This is the one where The Doctor(12)
thinksknows that Clara has died on an alien planet's battlefield even as he tried to save her with his regeneration energy, and he intends to commit genocide of these militant xenophobic aliens, but Sexy-the-TARDIS takes him to an earlier point in Clara's relationship/friendship/addictiontosilveryfoxysexysexualcontentevents; 12 and Clara have a series of intimate encounters. Clara tells him to bury or burn her (“Bring back my body, I know what can happen… what technology can do. I won’t be a corpse soldier or a cyber slave. Go back and find me. Bury me, or burn me. Whichever seems right to you. And there’s a few people who might want a grave to visit. Give me a marker, yeah?”), and he returns mere seconds before he left after she died, and goes to bring Clara's dead body--oh, but wait, she flares, and her sword/death-ray injury through her Human heart and lungs, is repaired, and he discovers (aboard Sexy-the-TARDIS, natch) that sex on the beach really was sex-on-the-beach!, and she's pregnant with his child, cells from the embryo have traveled through her body and healed her. (aka "Not dead yet!"). -

The Doctor(12) doesn't sleep--hasn't slept for a few months, since Clara decided to stay with him (post "Last Christmas")--and now she calls him on it, and he's so sleep-deprived, so freaked by his never-ending nightmares, that he can't keep it disguised. Clara worms the real reasons out of him (Trenzalore, for one; Time War, another), and she prescribes that he sleep with her, so when he has nightmares, she'll feel/hear him, wake him up, and tell him everything will be all right. Of course, Doctor Idiot is so sleep-deprived that he gives it a try; there is telepathic Joining (he's mostly empathic, but Clara's just so crazy for/about him, he's bowled for six when he feels what she feels for him!). Intense moments, but mostly warm 'n' fuzzy...
