Summary
Castiel had long since given up hope of participating in the Courting Season. No one would like to mate a clumsy Alpha with black wings, a loner who preferred to spend his free time gardening, studying animals and carving in wood, instead of doing some commanding job. So, why even bother? He had his patients, nature and his peace of mind. That’s all he ever needed. And if sometimes he wished for his friend to reciprocate his feelings… Well, that’s his little secret.
But why did Dean suddenly start invading his personal space? And why did he keep looking at him like that?
Dean, as the Omega son of the leader of the earthly angels’ flock, is expected to attend every Courting Season that happens in Heaven. Four times a year, every year, he has to say ‘no’ to random suitors (or a very stubborn one) because the only Alpha he wants can't take the damn hint.

Dean's life wasn't much to write home about, but at least he had a home these days; having put down roots in the tiny southeast Texas town where he once found sanctuary at Sonny's Home for Beta and Omega Boys. He had a decent, if unglamorous, job as a line cook, and the best boyfriend ever in fellow Sonny's alum, Castiel Novak. Best of all, his little brother Sam was about to graduate high school and go chase his highfalutin dreams at Stanford.
Then, Sam dropped a bomb. His ex-girlfriend, Sarah, was pregnant and neither teen was willing to give up their chance at college. Dean, never the type to get out of Dodge where his family was concerned, now had a dilemma that threatened the modest, uncomplicated life that he and Cas had anticipated together.

Summary
The worried question dies at the tip of his tongue when his omega slides down to his knees, arms strong from hours of manual labor snaking their way around Castiel’s legs. Dean presses his face against Castiel’s clothed stomach, nuzzling. He takes a breath, open-mouthed and audible, to take in Castiel’s day-old scent, and sighs happily. Another breath, another sigh, and then he’s making happy little noises against Castiel’s shirt.
Or, destiel sleepy cuddles.

Summary
After basically retiring from casual hookups, Dean figured that spontaneous, lust-fueled encounters were simply a relic of the past. He didn’t expect that they’d become a much more regular thing – a near constant thing, in fact – and in the privacy and comfort of his own bedroom to boot.
He’s kind of in awe of how lucky he is, that he gets to experience that same thrill he used to have during a brief night with a sexy stranger, but with someone who’s not only very familiar, but also planning on sticking around a hell of a lot longer than one evening. Still damn sexy though, in Dean’s humble opinion.
