It following the chaotic exploits of Matthew Fuller-Rodney, a reluctant anti-hero whose kidneys are stolen by the enigmatic Lisa Freshfull, an eccentric with dreams of Instagram stardom and an affinity for mischief. Teaming up with the weary Dr. Patel, Matthew navigates a surreal underworld filled with bizarre characters and absurd situations, all while being pursued by the taunts of none other than Mel Gibson himself, playing the role of the menacing big bad boss.
