Summary
“What was that?” Crozier took a firmer hold of Thomas’ chin. “What did you say?"
Thomas looked up at him, wide-eyed, and Crozier felt his throat move under his fingertip. Thomas hesitated another moment before answering. “D-daddy. Sir. That was what I- I nearly said.”
Crozier could feel his eyebrow raise of its own accord. ...Well. In for a penny, in for a pound.

Captain Crozier absentmindedly calls his steward "son." This sets in motion an unstoppable chain of events that leads to a man being covered in piss, confessions of love, and an all-together memorable experience for Crozier's old joints.Bookmarked by SilverNovaHeels

Summary
Thirty-three minutes before the start of landing, Thomas slips into the cockpit with a crisp,
“Captain, may I have a word with you?” Nothing serious—just a small request from a business-class passenger that he, Thomas, might need assistance with.
Little glances at Thomas with a silent plea, then at Crozier. They’re in cruise mode, but the moment Crozier rises from his seat, Little’s fingers tighten around the controls.
“Did you really have to wait until half an hour before I have to begin the landing?” the Captain murmurs against the nape of Thomas’s neck as they step out of the cockpit. Technically, it’s thirty-two minutes.
“I’m the lead flight attendant on this flight, sir. There’s a lot to… attend to,” Thomas replies, casting him a glance.Jopson and Crozier engage in quite dangerous activities during their work hours.

Summary
“I ought to have married you.” Francis says. It slips from his lips before he can think better of it, the slippery truth of a man who's gone and squandered his own inhibitions after too long with the bottle for companionship.
He looks towards his assistant and there it is again, that omnipresent little half-smile. If he bothers to look away from Jopson’s mouth he knows he’ll find a set of startlingly luminous celadon eyes staring right into the very soul of him— as the man is wont to do.
”Aah,” Thomas says politely, always politely, “It’s probably best that you didn’t, Sir.”
