He was aware that something was bound to change once he found it—perhaps he would meet his ending. Maybe he wanted that. At this point, he wasn’t too sure.
He did know, however, that if this fear of his demanded a claim on his life, then he would hand it over without hesitation. He’d expose his chest and bow his head to the ground, and bleed his sins out, one by one, until his victims got their retribution.

Jotaro and Marina (Jolyne's mom) got a divorce, having Marina take full custody over Jolyne when she was 9. Jolyne never saw Jotaro since he was always working overseas. When Jolyne turned 19, she went into green dolphin collage (not prison, Jolyne doesn't go to prison) not having any money for outside of school, applying for Starbucks She fortunately got the job, starting work 5 days later. Her first day of work was crazy, the only person there to help her was a man named Narciso Anasui. He fell in love with her instantly, finding out they went to the same college together. As time went on, Jolyne met more people, Weather Report, she thought it was quite an odd name but didn't mind, Ermes Costello, who also went to Jolynes college, Foo Fighters, also known as F.F. and a regular customer (who was 11) known as Emporio. They grew super close, but one day as Jolyne was working, Jotaro came in and was shocked to see him, since it was the first time seeing him in 10 years.
