Summary
As a final stand in a war they never stood a chance of winning, Uzumaki Naruto chooses to use a forbidden blood seal to rip through the fabric of space and time itself rather than admit defeat. He has never been good at accepting his fate, and if bending reality with his own two hands is what it takes, then that’s just what Naruto will do.
The rest of the world is just going to have to suck it up and deal with it.

“A time travel seal,” Sakura says numbly, staring at him with wide eyes and a slack jaw once she finally comprehends the excited tirade he has just finished throwing at her.
“A time travel seal,” Naruto confirms, grinning with a mouth full of teeth, eyes manic.
Sasuke sighs, immediately giving up on trying to make sense of anything that comes out of Naruto’s mouth. “Of-fucking-course.”

“Percy?” the centaur asked slowly, uncertainly.
Percy’s eyes stung a little. He finally found someone who seemed to know him!
“No way that’s Prissy!” the girl who’s thrown the spear at him objected loudly. “Come on, he’s taller. And definitely a little older.”
“How old are you, child?” the centaur asked.
Percy raised an eyebrow at him. “Uh, I’m not entirely sure when my birthday is exactly, but… sixteen, I think. Why?”
“Because I believe you really are who you claim to be. But our Percy Jackson has not yet turned fifteen and he is currently, well, lost.”

An amnesiac Percy finds himself in the past, blinking at a bunch of kids with similar orange shirts to his own after being snatched from his confrontation with the gorgons. Suffice to say, he's not really sure what's going on, or how to take in the fact that apparently in this time period he's presumed dead after blowing up a volcano.
Oh, well, at least the one face he recognizes is actually there.
(Or, Percy from the beginning of Son of Neptune goes back in time to Battle of the Labyrinth and kind of rolls with everything that's happening around him)

Maybe sending a child after another person who is displaying unhinged behavior and took him out to the woods to kill him the last time they saw each other. Is not the smartest idea Hermes.
OR
Percy appreciates the concern from the sea side of his Dad's family after the fight with Luke on the Andromeda. Really he does. But as nice it is to have someone else besides his mother fussing over him. He also would just like some rest that isn't supposed to be doing camp activities.

No. Not again. Annabeth couldn’t do this. The mere thought of going through it all over again, failing and losing someone she had come to care about, was just too much. Once had been plenty. The pain from losing Thalia still lingered inside her, serving as a constant reminder.
And now there was Percy, trapped and alone on the other side of the door with Echidna and Chimera. His determined yet pale face, with those red-rimmed eyes, remained vivid in Annabeth's mind. The image of the door closing after Percy had summoned his last bit of strength to pull her through replayed in her thoughts over and over again, revealing all the signs Annabeth should have noticed about what he was planning to do.

“Annabeth, what year is it?” Chiron asked at long last.
Percy’s head snapped around to stare at him so quickly that she was pretty sure it must have hurt him. His eyes were wide and a little fearful, like he wanted to believe Chiron would take back his question and laugh it all off, say there was nothing wrong and everything was just fine. But the centaur just kept on looking at Annabeth expectantly.
She fidgeted uneasily under his intense gaze, suddenly feeling self-conscious. The year? He had to be joking, right? “2005.”
They both stared at her like she was crazy.
Percy’s head shook from side to side slowly. “No… It’s 2008.”

Annabeth and Percy get attacked and Annabeth wakes up without her memories of the last four years, which would have been fine if she didn't have to wake up to a world where people seemed to expect her to get along with a son of Poseidon of all people.

“I thought you would return him to the sea.”

Eddie shrugs, only half-heartedly batting at Buck’s hand as he goes to dip his fries into Eddie’s milkshake. Buck just sticks his tongue out childishly before shoving the fries into his mouth and Eddie rolls his eyes. It does nothing to rid the adoration from his face, so Buck doesn’t take it too personally.
“I dunno, I think he might suspect something.”
Buck takes another fry, dangling it by his mouth for a moment. “Shame,” he says, taking a bite, “I was enjoying nobody knowing.”
