“So, we are finally free, huh?”
Those words had echoed through Frisk’s mind so many times.
Asriel broke the barrier with the help of all the souls gathered in the Underground - but when Frisk stepped out of the mountain’s caves, the joy was cut short by Aleramer’s forces.
Reinstating the barrier and taking Frisk prisoner, the dream of freedom was crushed.
Well, not entirely.
For years now, Frisk has been working tirelessly to find a way to free the monsters from the Underground. The precious friends they made along their travel through the Underground, still forced to remain in their prison as outside forces don’t seem to wish to bury the hatchet, even after centuries. But with the new friends and allies they made, there might be still a way to free everyone. -

Summary
In all timelines, Link rarely to never had any family that was really part of the plot and truly present ingame (aside WIndwaker).
Now, behold the story of Link and his parents - Lilyann and Alfred; two royal knights who cursed their existence when they found out their child was the hero reincarnated.
And would've cursed it even more if they had known what lay ahead.This changes themes often, heads up.
(Will this make even less sense when BOTW 2 is here? Yes, probably. But I am getting this out now either way, i have been wanting to make a story with these two characters as Links parents so long and BOTW seemed the best option to me for it:D)
