Summary

He protects many of the universe's worlds and prevents them from being corrupted and tainted from the Lurkers with evil and selfish desires.
He cannot interfere or open the book’s content without God of Death’s permission to do so. Nevertheless, he could still read different books that do not have the contents of a world’s fate.
But the guardian does not remember his life before becoming a guardian. It was the side effect of the malfunction. But all he knew was his name as that is what they call him.

Jaskier stared in horror at the man before him.
No, not man, because no man would ever do something so horrifying and appalling such as this without so much as a twitch to his face, and even though Jaskier spent most of his time and effort trying to convince this self-deprecating hunk of a witcher that no, he was not a heartless monster and was in fact, still human in many aspects, Jaskier could not bring himself to do it now. Not this time.
Maybe not ever.

You know how some game mechanics make sense in games but are absolutely ridiculous in real life?
Crackfic where instead of grand adventures and heroics, Jaskier spends his travels having to deal with Geralt’s absurd behavior - from horrifying eating habits, his ridiculous collection of broken rakes, aggressive herb gathering techniques, to a frankly scary obsession with Gwent, among other things.

Summary
TLDR; BadEnding!Sunny goes to OMARI Alternate Universe
After SUNNY jumps off the roof of the hospital building, he wakes up back in the past on the day of the incident. Not wanting to repeat the same mistake he did last time, he manages to save MARI and change everything, going into a coma for six years. MARI blames herself and becomes a reclusive shut-in with her own mental trauma of the event. Eventually, SUNNY wakes up to find himself in a different reality than the one he's familiar with, and will have to deal with a sister who's still alive but dealing with her own guilt and suffering from the incident that ruined both of their lives.
Friends are similar, with minor differences. BASIL seems much healthier in this reality, but is he really?
Once everything is over, will SUNNY find the strength to forgive himself for the sins he committed in the previous reality.
