Summary
Peter didn't move, well he was moving, but it was just his body shaking in response to whatever was going on inside his head.
"Hey buddy," Tony walked over and put his hands on Peter's shoulders, absent-mindedly rubbing his thumbs up and down. Peter was breathing weird, heavily sucking in a breath and then holding it in for a couple seconds before releasing it shakily.
Everyone watched with batted breaths, unsure of what was going on. Steve thought maybe it was a panic attack, he's seen Tony's breathing become off while having those.

Born into notoriety, Harry had curveball after curveball thrown at him to the point where life-changing revelations felt like nothing.

“The boy must die?”
Seriously, at this point, reading the phrase, “Your father and I were a bit wild in the ’90s and I became pregnant with you after a particularly wild night involving a famous American muggle,” warranted nothing from Harry apart from a slightly surprised gasp followed by a resigned sigh.

Summary
Peter Parker is...having 'dreams'. Rather gruesome 'dreams' about murders taking place in New York, to be specific. And every time, Peter paints what he sees. It becomes so routine, that he never thinks more of it.
Until Tony steps in and decides that Peter needs to actually maybe not??? be constantly living in a world of only murder and paintbrushes. He is determined to help Peter, even if he has to call in a wizard to help and keep in communication with Fury.
Basically: Peter is having visions of a serial killer terrorizing New York, and somehow, the killer can reach Peter in his visions.
"At first, Tony thought that he was being messed with.
That was until the first time he saw the kids' paintings, when he suddenly understood why Fury had thought it so important to bring the kid to the tower and place him under constant supervision."

Neglected by his 'family' and overshadowed by his brother, Peter finally decides to stop watching.
