When Johnny realizes his crush on Kenshi, he is disturbed and confused. When he starts coughing up flowers with blood some time after that, he is shocked and naturally frightened. Turning to Liu Kang, he learns from him about the hanahaki disease. Things would have been much simpler if Cage had just confessed his feelings, of course. However, he himself doesn't think so. Liu Kang has to play a little trick to solve the couple's problems.
