Summary
“I really don’t believe you’re fine,” Aziraphale insisted, standing up straight with his chest puffed out like some kind of proud pigeon, and confidently added with a decisive nod, “it’s quite obvious that you’re in pain.”
“I sssaid I’m fine.” Crowley hissed, motioning for the angel to get in the damn car by jabbing a finger at it again, but Aziraphale stood his ground with a look that screamed doubt.
—An angel accepts a lift home from a demon and, together, they take care of each other in the aftermath.

Summary
Crowley woke up with his head pillowed on Aziraphale's stomach, his arm thrown over the angel's thighs and his long legs dangling off the end of the bed nearly to the floor. Aziraphale's hand was in Crowley's hair, absently petting him like a lazy cat. And like a lazy cat, Crowley stretched, muffling a yawn into the line of Aziraphale's hip and grumbling wordlessly into the warm skin.
"Good morning, dear," Aziraphale answered, as if Crowley's sleepy snarl had been a cheerful morning greeting. "There's coffee for you on the nightstand."

Summary
Crowley waits, stock still, beautifully patient - and Aziraphale realises, with sudden clarity, that he’s unwilling to keep him waiting a moment longer. Like a corporeal echo, he seizes Crowley by his jacket collar.
How things should have happened.

Summary
Aziraphale has read every book in his shop at least once. He has reread some of his favored volumes dozens of times, has memorized whole great swaths of them. If his own words are insufficient to convince Crowley of his sincerity, then perhaps the words of others can!
(He might have the decency to ask the books what they thought of this plan. The books had been watching the two of them for over a hundred years, and certainly had a great deal to say on the matter. But Aziraphale neglects to consult them, and thus will be very unprepared for what happens next.)
Back on earth, Aziraphale tries to apologize.
