Summary
Castis Vakarian is a bright, young cadet fresh out of military academy with aspirations of serving the Hierarchy. After landing the opportunity of a lifetime to train under Andin Faldos, a Hierarchy general with a violent reputation, he along with fellow officer Quintin Fedorian are stationed on Kaeus, a backwater planet on the edge of turian space. Though the planet’s reputation of criminal activity is daunting, Castis is determined to prove his worth and earn the general’s personal recommendation.
