Like he's said something ridiculous here. When Shadow finally sets the haphazard script down, Sonic doesn't miss the way Shadow's grimacing. “I'm not saying any of this.”
“What? C'mon!” Sonic spreads his arms with a smile. “It’s for the immersion.”
Shadow leans over and reads one of the lines in an even monotone, “‘You look so good crying on my cock.’”
“So, is that a no, or?”
“It's a critique,” Shadow says flatly, ear flicking.

Shadow becomes a weapon after Maria’s passing and co-commands GUN. He builds up wealth from both the inheritance, funding of project shadow, and income from being a soldier. He has all the money to become the sugar daddy to a certain hero.
But how does he catch the hero and keep him in his grasp?

When Sonic tried to leave, Shadow didn’t want to let him go. He wanted to keep him. No matter what.
Maybe Shadow held him a little too tight.
