Remus knew Sirius had problems, even before thay started dating. Remus had noticed how Sirius would isolate himself from everybody from time to time, how his hands always shook slightly and how Sirius would stay awake for days claiming he just 'wasn't tired' even through he had dark sircals under his eyes.
And still Remus feelings didn't change, not even in the slightest.(Pluse who was Remus to judge, he had even bigger problems)

latly Sirius started acting weird, he started eating less, his smile stoped reaching his eyes and he looked like he have'nt slept in weeks, Remus tried talking to him about it but Sirius would just brush it off every time saying he was just 'tired from exams' even though he barly study for any of their exames and Remus just miss his boyfriend and need to get him out of whatever has been going on.
or: Sirius is deppresed and Remus need to know why and help him
