Scout hears a commotion at midnight, a gunshot, and then silence- and checking on Medic only brings up further questions.
He knows for certain that SOMETHING is wrong with his teammate, but he has no clue what it could be.
But he has a sneaking suspicion that whatever it is, it isn't human. -
