Summary
Try might be a not be a good way to describe it, but the two do attempt to get along--at least sometimes. It's hard for them being in the same friend group and not getting along. Somehow the moment the two saw each other, they knew that making an effort to be friends was useless. It has been like this since the start of the semester. Until one night, they figure out that the other one isn't as irritating as they once thought.

The breeze muddles the “tck” sound of the engine cooling and the pleasant sighs the pair exchange between their lips, carrying it away and gets lost in the dense trees that lined the narrow roads.
