Summary
For years now, Bradley had lived contently, losing himself in his devotion to the heavenly father. All in hopes that someday, maybe, he would be forgiven for the sin he tucked into himself.
That was until a single, chance meeting put his worship to the test. He thought he’d passed. He thought he'd gotten away, unscathed. He thought he was *safe*
He had not however, expected that test to LITERALLY hunt him down.
Just whatever Max is -the devil tempting him, or dark, avenging, angel intending to carry out his just punishment -he doesn't know. What he does know, is he is getting very tired of being spoken to like a marinating roast. Particularly when Max had his own ideas of just how to eat him...

Summary
Bradley Uppercrust III, or 'Brad', as Maximilian Goof calls him, is back at school after being out for three weeks following the X-Games. Tank slingshotting Bradley into the blimp has forced new fears and new feelings into Bradley's life. All he wants now is to get through his last two years at State and graduate. He's on thin ice with the school and his father, so he needs to not make another mess or spill too much in therapy. However, Max seems to have other ideas.

Max had hoped to never see Bradley again, ever, after the X-Games. So why was Bradley walking up to him and his friends? Was he actually being serious, or was this another scheme? Wait, does Brad actually have a heart?
