“Go! Run now” She rushes the boy, she cant do it, she cant kill a kid, hes harmless. As she goes to turn, her arm is yanked, pulling her off balance, there's screaming before she can even register what's happening, it's coming from herself.
She can't make out what's being said from the exterminator above her, Lute, at least she thinks, everything is blurry, her ears won't stop ringing, everything is spinning.
Her back feels lighter, it's aching, so is her eye, or where it was originally, she doesn't know how but she's managed to pull herself into some alley? Or at least she thinks it's an alley. That's when she sees her, a demon, no doubt, but by lord if she didn’t look like an angel.
