Summary
When Prim is selected for the Blood Games, Katniss can't volunteer. She can't do anything.
Or so everyone thinks.
That day, she finds a power within herself. One that is impossible and could change Panem. The royalty quickly cover it up, afraid she could help spark a rebellion. Which Katniss still fully intends to do.
The only problem is, that however much Katniss hates the royals, she can't help but fall in love with the Prince.

Summary
"Mockingjay with clipped wing,

Waiting for the hope of spring."Alternate post-Mockingjay story. Changes were made from Mockingjay: Peeta was never hijacked, Finnick survives, and Prim isn't injured in the Capitol bombing- Peeta is. Katniss is still forced to remain in District 12 while Peeta is stuck in the Capitol. She’s devastated and misses him.
The story starts 1 month after Katniss, Prim, and Haymitch arrive in District 12. There are lots of happy changes, but Peeta deteriorates mentally. It will get better, but slowly.
Chapters will shift POVs (but will be mainly Katniss, Peeta, and Haymitch).
