Summary
Tsutsumi Kaina is a few steps away from just shooting the Commission President and being done with it. However, she's not exactly keen on putting Tartarus on her punch card, much less with all the other shady shit the Commission's been up to that won't be solved with a bullet in the President's brain. Besides, Kaina's been told the best form of revenge is to let your enemy watch everything fall to pieces. She just needs some help getting the ball rolling.

“Honestly?” Childe hums. “No damn clue. I mean, she dumped me in Natlan for over half a decade—then boom! Out of nowhere, I get a reassignment when I’ve been asking for one for nearly five-fucking years.”
