One day in the Rise universe, on Leo and Usagi’s two month anniversary, Leo walks into his twin's lab to grab Usagi’s present, he knocks into a liquid, that makes him body swap with his 2012 self. Rise!Leo (who has to unlock his Ninpo again due to plot), has to stay in the 2012 universe, until he can find a way to unswap his body and go home even if there's a little hiccup along the way that gets two others trapped in the 2012-verse.
