“What, you wanna seal it with a kiss or something?” Stan grinned, tapping his lips with his index finger. “Is that how they do it in the city?”
Xeno’s gloved hands twitched subtly before forming into fists. Stanley settled back on his heels, watching Xeno’s flushed skin be illuminated in the orange light. That liquor must be really hitting his head, Stanley mused watching the man’s dark gaze grow a little hazy as they stared each other down. He took a step forward, closing in on where Stanley stood casually. Stanley let the flushed man step closer, a gloved hand reaching up to grab at the damp linen shirt, pulling at the worn fabric. Stanley’s hands rested on his belt, posed for action. Stanley could feel Xeno’s hot breath tickling the skin of his clavicle exposed by his open collar.
