Her arm hurts.
Odette does not know why.
It starts as soon as she wakes on the cold floor of the stage, aching all the way until Mitya gathers them.
She stands beside Vodyanitsya.
And ignores the pain as it flares.

Summary
Eugene always wondered if miracles even existed anymore. She always doubted Wendy when she insisted that music was a form of hidden strength (She didn't want to doubt, though. Not Wendy. Never Wendy). And yet the Ratian continued to dream. Of magic. Of the Pied Piper. Of a world she assumed was unattainable. A fantasy.
But with a flute and an F-sharp, Eugene's fantasies have somehow flowed beyond the reach of fiction. And now? She needs to get back to her home, her true home, to save not only herself, but every dimension (and the one human she finds herself holding dear).
