The police report shows that he was killed by a knife shaped like a feather. A video, provided by the Batman suggests that the killer identifies himself as ‘The Raven’ The GCPD are doing everything they can to find this new vigilante, but it remains unclear what their policy on him is, or should be. While Batman has maintained his policy of not killing during his decades long tenure as Gotham’s protector, some have questioned the wisdom of this policy when it comes to known mass murderers like The Riddler and The Joker."
A new villain arrives in Gotham, with a list and a simple goal. Kill everyone on it. But not all is clear, and it soon becomes clear that to stop him, Batman might have to dig up some memories that he wished could lie forgotten.
